Order payment by bank card may not go through for the following reasons:

you don't have enough money on your bank card;
your card type does not support online payments;
incorrect card data (card number or expiration date or CVV/CVS codes).
Payments may also not go through because of your bank's limit on the amount of daily payments. You can contact your bank's specialists to resolve these issues.

Citizens of Kazakhstan are not required to obtain a visa (if the period of stay in the country does not exceed 90 days), a valid* passport for at least 6 months from the date of return from a trip to Kazakhstan is required.

Sharm el-Sheikh

1. All tourists arriving in Sharm El Sheikh are stamped “Sinai only” and are entitled to stay in the Sinai Peninsula for up to 15 days, without registration.

2. If Tourists stay in Sharm El Sheikh for more than 15 days or leave the Sinai Peninsula, they must apply for a visa ($25) and register ($15).

Hurghada

Citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, regardless of age, must obtain a Visa ($25) on arrival, and register ($15).

Citizens of Kazakhstan, regardless of age, must obtain a Visa ($25) upon arrival.

Visas

From 25.05.2024 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can stay in Vietnam without a visa for 30 days. A national's passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of return to Kazakhstan. The period of stay must not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of crossing the border, a total of 90 days for every 180 days. Nationals of Kazakhstan do not need a visa to travel to Vietnam for up to 30 days of stay. For stays longer than 30 days, a visa is required.

A visa can be obtained:
 - Before departure, apply for an E-visa - an electronic visa. 6-10 working days before departure

To cross the Thai border, the validity of the tourist's passport must be at least 6 months from the planned date of departure from the Kingdom.
From July 15, 2024, citizens of 93 countries, including Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, the Baltic States and Eastern Europe, will be able to enter the Kingdom of Thailand on a stamp (without a visa or visa fee) and stay in the country for up to 60 days. The relevant regulation was signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Thailand and has already entered into legal force.

Citizens of Kazakhstan and Russia arriving on direct charter flights from Kazakhstan to Hainan Island have the opportunity to stay on the island without a visa for up to 30 days. They do not need a group visa. Upon arrival in Sanya, tourists with a foreign passport undergo passport and customs control.
For Russian citizens, arrival must be via Haikou Airport or Sanya Airport on a non-stop flight. To visit another part of China outside of Hainan Province, Russian tourists must have a Chinese visa!
Nationals of Kazakhstan can fly in and out on any flights, including scheduled flights.

CIS citizens need a visa to travel to Cambodia.
Based on the time remaining before departure and the affordability of payment the visa can be issued in a number of ways:
1. For those who can pay by card and have more than 3 days before departure:
Issue a tourist e-Visa (type “T”) through the website paying by card. This speeds up passport control and baggage claim on arrival. The cost of the visa is $36-37 dollars.

2. For those who can't pay by card or have less than 3 days before departure:
Select e-Arrival by paying for your visa in cash on arrival. Cambodian airports have Wi-Fi and QR codes to quickly fill out the application form, and staff will help with processing. Visa payment on arrival is $30. Be sure to prepare bills without large denominations to avoid problems with change.

3. For those who do not have time or cannot apply for a visa in advance:
The process is similar to point 2, but the whole process (filling out the application form, payment, passport control) takes place at the airport, which can take longer.

IMPORTANT:
All travelers need to fill out a Cambodia e-Arrival migration card. You can fill out the card and apply for an e-visa at arrival.gov.kh. Cambodia e-Arrival is a new system that simplifies arrival in Cambodia, replacing paper forms. After filling out the form, travelers receive a QR code that must be saved and presented at the border crossing. Cambodia e-Arrival is not a visa.

Additional information:
All travelers can apply for an e-visa 7 days prior to arrival, and a tourist visa is valid for 30 days.

Transportation of passengers with reduced mobility requires assistance and is coordinated with the airline to make the passenger's flight comfortable.
Contact the airline 48 hours prior to departure to make arrangements, so that information can be sent to the airport in time to prepare for a mobility impaired passenger.

-flight date and number
-what kind of assistance is needed: transportation to the aircraft and the need for a wheelchair, getting up or down the boarding gate, cabin seating
-If the passenger has his/her own wheelchair, please specify the width of the wheelchair when folded and unfolded. Type of control: manual or battery operated. Type of battery if the wheelchair is electric.

You can fly with a plastered leg if there are no medical contraindications. Crutches, walking sticks and other mobility aids for passengers with reduced mobility are transported free of charge.

Passengers with reduced mobility transport wheelchairs free of charge
The wheelchair can be used up to the aircraft boarding gate and then transferred to the luggage. The passenger will be helped up the boarding gate and placed on the seat. Upon arrival, the wheelchair will be returned to the passenger after exiting the airplane.
A wheelchair can be checked in as baggage at the check-in stage, in which case the airport will provide a separate wheelchair and assist in transporting the passenger to the plane. Upon arrival, the passenger will be met by airport staff and taken to the baggage claim area to retrieve the wheelchair.

You can take everything you need for your baby into the cabin during the flight: formula in a jar, pre-prepared formula in a bottle, thermos with water, puree. There are no strict restrictions on the volume or contents of baby food

Newborn babies are not recommended to take a flight in the first seven days after birth.
If you decide to fly with an infant who is less than seven days old or in cases of premature birth, the mother of the infant will fill out a liability waiver form to release the airline from responsibility for the consequences of air transportation of the infant. Before departure, fill out a form in duplicate releasing the airline from responsibility for the consequences of the flight.

For the purpose of taking care of your health and the health of your children, the airline recommends obtaining a medical certificate of absence of contraindications to air transportation on the date of the flight.
Pregnant women, whose pregnancy term exceeds 34 weeks in case of single pregnancy, and not more than 32 weeks in case of multiple pregnancy, shall provide the conclusion of the medical advisory commission, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan from October 30, 2020 № MHC of Republic of Kazakhstan -175/2020 “On approval of the forms of record documentation in the field of health care” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21579) of the form № 026/u about the state of their health, which is allowed to be issued by a medical organization not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the start of transportation.
